About Adela‘s Carinderia
My name is Adela, and my (late) husband Robert and I have been serving Filipino food in Shepherd’s Bush since 2018. We are from the culinary capital of the Philippines - Pampanga. Robert was a professional chef who shared his knowledge with me. We had always dreamed of opening our own eatery here in London and have proudly been serving Filipino dishes you would typically find in carinderias in the Philippines.

In true carinderia-style, we have a few dishes available to choose from at the counter, ranging form chicken adobo, adobong pusit, kare-kare, dinuguan, etc. depending on what’s been cooked for the day! Check Facebook for info on the daily menu. You can get a combo meal comprising of 2 dishes and rice.
